WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Host: Mollie Tregillis
By purchasing a ticket or attending the workshop, you agree to the following terms.
1. YOUR AGREEMENT
(a) We are so glad you are here. By registering for or attending the workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
(b) These terms operate alongside The Fulfillment Lab Pty Ltd general Terms and Conditions of Service, which are available on request.
(c) By completing your purchase, you are confirming that you agree to everything in these terms. No signature required - payment is your acceptance. Specifically, by purchasing a ticket you confirm that:
(i) you have read and agree to these Workshop Terms and Conditions;
(ii) you understand your ticket purchase is final and no refunds will be provided;
(iii) you will reply to your booking confirmation email with any dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility needs or emergency contact details, or confirm you have none;
(iv) you will show up, participate and contribute to the experience in the spirit it is intended; and
(v) you understand that what you get out of this day depends on what you put in, and you take full responsibility for your own outcomes.
2. WHAT TO EXPECT
(a) This is a private, in-person personal development workshop hosted by Mollie Tregillis. Depending on the event, it runs for either one or two days - the details will be specified at the time of purchase.
(b) Expect a day (or two) of honest conversation, real breakthroughs, and a room full of people who actually want to be there. Sessions include interactive workshops, group discussion, professional development activities and plenty of time to connect.
(c) Participation is entirely voluntary. BUT, you understand by attending that you are responsible for your own decisions, wellbeing and level of engagement throughout the day.
3. TICKETS AND REFUNDS
(a) All ticket sales are final. Because of the nature of this event - limited places, real preparation and real costs - we are not able to offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This applies regardless of the reason, including:
(i) change of mind or change of circumstances;
(ii) illness or personal emergency;
(iii) travel disruption or inability to attend; or
(iv) not engaging with or applying the workshop content.
(c) If you cannot make it on the day - whether due to late arrival, early departure or not attending at all - no refund, credit or transfer will be provided.
(d) In the unlikely event that we cancel the workshop, we will offer you a credit or transfer to a future event. A cash refund will only be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
(e) We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program, schedule, speakers or format. These changes do not affect your ticket or entitle you to a refund.
4. YOU HAVE TO DO THE WORK
(a) This workshop is built for people who are ready to show up fully. The content, tools and conversations we share are designed to create real change - but only you can do that work. You acknowledge that:
(i) your results depend on your own participation, openness and willingness to apply what is shared;
(ii) The Fulfillment Lab and Mollie Tregillis do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from attending; and
(iii) what you do with what you learn is entirely up to you.
(b) No refund will be provided because you felt the content was not for you, chose not to engage, or did not experience the results you were hoping for.
5. FOOD, ACCESSIBILITY AND EMERGENCY CONTACTS
(a) Food and beverages will be provided during the workshop and we want everyone to be comfortable and well looked after.
(b) Once you receive your booking confirmation, please reply with any of the following that apply to you:
(i) dietary requirements or food allergies;
(ii) accessibility requirements or support needs; or
(iii) emergency contact name and phone number.
(c) If you do not reply with any of the above, we will take that to mean you have no requirements - or that you are happy to manage them yourself.
(d) We will do our best to accommodate what you share with us, but we cannot guarantee every request can be met. All food and beverages are consumed at your own risk.
6. NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
(a) Everything shared at this workshop is for educational and personal development purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, therapeutic or any other kind of professional advice.
(b) The tools, strategies and insights shared are general in nature and may not suit every situation. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
7. RISK AND LIABILITY
(a) By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:
(i) you attend and participate at your own risk;
(ii) The Fulfillment Lab Pty Ltd, Mollie Tregillis, and any staff, speakers or contractors are not responsible for injury, illness, emotional distress, loss, theft or damage to personal property arising from your attendance; and
(iii) The Fulfillment Lab does not operate or control the venue or any third party services, and is not responsible for any loss, damage or incident arising from use of those facilities.
(b) Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
(c) Please follow any reasonable directions from venue staff or event organisers while you are there.
8. THE VIBE CLAUSE
(a) This workshop is intentionally designed to be a warm, energising and safe space - the kind of room where people feel comfortable being honest, taking up space and doing real work.
(b) By attending, you agree to show up for the space and the people in it. That looks like:
(i) bringing good energy and genuine openness;
(ii) treating everyone in the room with kindness and respect;
(iii) honouring different perspectives and personal boundaries;
(iv) being real, being present and participating with integrity;
(v) following reasonable directions from Mollie and the team; and
(vi) leaving the room better than you found it.
(c) If your behaviour is disruptive, harmful or just not in the spirit of what we are building here, we reserve the right to ask you to leave. No refund will be provided in those circumstances.
9. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
(a) We hold this space with care and we ask you to do the same. You agree to conduct yourself with respect and professionalism throughout the workshop.
(b) Behaviour that is harmful, offensive or disruptive is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
(c) Depending on the nature of the behaviour, we may issue a written warning first - or we may need to act immediately. That call is ours to make.
10. WHAT STAYS IN THE ROOM
(a) People share real things in this workshop. Personal stories, business struggles, honest conversations - all of it is shared in trust.
(b) By attending, you agree to:
(i) keep everything shared by other participants strictly confidential;
(ii) not share or repeat what others have disclosed outside the group;
(iii) not record any private discussions or conversations without written consent; and
(iv) treat every person in the room with care and discretion.
(c) What is shared in the room stays in the room - and that obligation does not end when the day does.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) Everything we create and share in this workshop - the frameworks, activities, materials, presentations and tools - belongs to The Fulfillment Lab Pty Ltd and Mollie Tregillis.
(b) By attending, you agree not to:
(i) record any part of the workshop without written permission;
(ii) reproduce, distribute or share materials with people who were not there; or
(iii) teach, sell or replicate the content in any form.
(c) You are absolutely welcome to share your own experience of the day - just not the content itself.
12. PHOTOS AND CONTENT
(a) We love capturing the energy of our events and may take photos or video during the workshop for marketing and community purposes.
(b) By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you would prefer not to be, just let us know in writing before the workshop starts and we will make sure you are taken care of.
(c) If you take your own photos or videos on the day, please be mindful of others and get their consent before posting or sharing anything that includes them.
13. GOVERNING LAW
(a) These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
(b) Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
