This is a two-day retreat for women to reset, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and each other. I promise you it is going to be magical, and restorative, in ways you can’t even imagine.

This retreat exists because women deserve more. You deserve to be well and you deserve to thrive at work. I want to help you achieve both.
This retreat we will be focussing on theme of RESETTING, whatever you need that to be. Trust me, whatever you are stuck on, whatever needs some space to shift, this is the place for you to get there.
Friday: Sunset breathwork, drinks and canapés from 5.30pm
Saturday/Sunday: THE GRAND RESET
The vision: you reset, rest, swim, laugh, connect- and also get fired up to discover your full potential and step into the very cool future ahead for you.

OMG I AM SO EXCITED!!
The venue is stunning and I know we are all going to be so looked after - the food is healthy and nourishing, of course there will be plenty of coffee, AND, AND there is a magnesium pool- need I say more?
The hotel is also just a short walk from Peregian village so once you’re there, everything you need is within walking distance. Think gorgeous coffee shops and the beach right there.
One you've booked yout ticket, we'll connect you with Essence directly to arrange a discounted room. They are looking after us that's for sure!

Where is the event being held?
The event is being held on The Sunshine Coast at the beautiful Essence, Peregian Beach hotel. I visited the venue a few weeks ago with the fam and I am obsessed with the space. It is going to be a magical few days.
Can I bring my team?
Absolutely, we'd love you to! Get in touch at [email protected] and we can prepare you with a specific invoice.
Will the agenda be the same at last time?
No, never the same. Our theme is RESET and Mollie will be going into her witch cave to design something totally new - it will be totally special and magical for you all and just what you need in the moment.
I didn't come last time, will I be out of loop?
No way. I'd say we'll have 50% repeat attendees and then a heap of new faces. We've got you. There will be many many opportunities for connection with the others there. This will also be an intimate retreat, spots are super limited. YOU WILL BE FINE!

Can the fam come too?
For sure if you want to make a holiday of it, do it, just know that you will be craving space after all the expansion so maybe just maybe you take a little time out for yourself. But whatever gets you there!

Why Sunshine Coast?
Beach and sunshine need we say more? Listen it is going to be winter in Melbourne and the TFL HQ need a trip, so that is a good enough reason I would say! Plus it is beautiful and inspiring.
Is food provided?
Absolutely! And it is going to be delish. Think full spread and snacks and LOTS OF COFFEE. If we learnt one thing from past retreats it is high volume coffee! We can cater to all your dietaries too!
